After actor’s demise, many of his fans signed a petition saying his wax statue to be installed in Madame Tassuads, London. Well, as of now, we have no update of it, but in Asansol, West Bengal, a sculptor-fan, made Sushant Singh Rajput’s wax statue. He inaugurated it yesterday, by posting a picture of him posing with the statue, Fans flooded with the comments saying it nowhere looked like him but few of them, praised the sculptor’s love and skills.
Siddarth to make a comeback in Tollywood
We all know Siddarth who made a great impact on Tollywood, for best part of years. After years of his restraining himself to only Tamil movies, he is back to Tollywood with Maha Samudram. RX-100 fame, Ajay Bhupathi directorial, Anil Sunkara’s production under AK productions, Maha Samudram will be releasing in 2021. The pre-production work is on roll right now. Vakeel Saab to treat us this Sankranthi
Dil Raju finally broke his silence over Vakeel Saab’s release. The movie is to release, right after the theatres reopen in January. The movie is going to have a wide and big release. This Pink-remake is being directed by Sriram Venu, produced by Boney Kapoor and Shruti haasan, Nivetha Thomas, Anjali and Ananya to play as leading actresses, with Thaman’s music.
Robert Pattinson back on sets of Batman
Sources say, after recovering from COVID 19, Robert Pattinson is back on Batman sets to resume shooting. The actor was last seen with his partner Suki Waterhouse in London on Wednesday and resumed work from Thursday morning. The source also says, “Today is the first day the main production unit has returned to filming and there seem to be no other hiccups at the moment,” said a source. The source added that a major part of the film was supposed to be shot in Liverpool but owing to the pandemic, shoot had been cancelled and re-arranged several times. This has pushed the completion date for the Matt Reeves film even further.
Prithviraj to play as a cop
Prithviraj is ready to play as a cop in debutant Tanu Balak’s investigative thriller. This movie is going to be the first feature film for the actor to star, after the lock down restrictions are lifted. Tanu worked as a cinematographer in Of the People and The Train. The director says, “It’s an investigative thriller set in Thiruvananthapuram. It draws inspiration from real-life incidents but overall it’s a fictional story. It has a reasonable budget. Though it doesn’t have action sequences, it is still a big project.” He also added that “His portions are mostly set indoors. There are only a few scenes with crowds. We are planning to start shoot by the second week of November. Several films have already begun the shoot, so we too are hopeful. However, we are also keeping an eye out on how the Covid-19 situation is.” The camera will be handled by Jomon T John and scripted by Sreenath V Nath.
Samantha to play a mute girl.
Ashwin Sharavanan’s directorial starring Samantha is going to be a thriller genre. Produced by Sony entertainment, the shooting is expected to take place in Dehradun and Ramoji Film City. In the movie the actress will be seen as a mute girl, says reports. But much more details are awaited.
