Story:

Life of Shekar:

This love story begins with Shekar (Dulquer Salmaan) who has a dreadful stammer and is also a daring person and Radhika (Sai Dhanshika) who is a blind talented dancer with an open mind. Radhika confesses her love for Shekar and both began their love journey.  At first the families of both sides do not approve of their relationship but later when Radhika confesses that she is pregnant, the families with no choice left agree to their wedding. Shekar and Radhika enjoy best days of their married life until Radhika goes into labour and passes away delivering a new born baby girl.  Shekar unable to bear the loss goes on his bike only to meet with an accident. But life gives you a second chance and for Shekar it was realization that he left his baby girl all alone in this world. Shekar then fulfils the promise he made to Radhika by taking their daughter to the beach, where Radhika’s father  took her during her childhood days. Thus ending the chapter of Shekar enjoying every moment with his daughter.

Life of Trilok:

What goes around, comes around. This is a pure revenge story. Trilok (Dulquer) a veterinary surgeon plots revenge for his wife Ayesha (Arthi Venkatesh) whose cycle collides with a BMW car driven by Thomas Zachariah with his son-in-law Justin. Justin watching Ayesha grasping on to her last breath decides to take her to the hospital but the father in law decides not to as she was on the verge of dying. However Justin puts her in the car and takes her to the hospital but Ayesha dies on the way and instead of taking her to the hospital Thomas decides to dump her body on the side of the road. What they didn’t realise was that Ayesha had a Bluetooth earphone in which she was talking to Trilok and while the father in law Thomas Zachariah decides to dump the body Trilok could hear everything he said and decided to plot his revenge. Four years later and after thorough investigation Trilok finds the culprit and after killing the father in law shifts to killing Justin. Trilok devices a plan to trap Justin and gets him admitted in the hospital only to kill him by inserting a high dosage of drug to his insulin slowly killing Justin’s brain. Life of Siva:

Anger and rage can only self destruct the person and thus benefiting the enemy. This is exactly how it goes with Siva (Dulquer Salmaan) a gangster who works under the crime boss Bhadran. Shiva looks after his wife, his daughter and his brother who later becomes a part of his gang. In his childhood his mother left him, his father and also his brother which hoisted the rage in him. Shiva’s life changes when his father was found shot dead in a bar. After seeing the cctv footage and finding out that Vishnu a crime boss in Mumbai killed him Shiva sets out to take his revenge. The next day Shiva and his gang reach a ritual place where Vishnu is seen doing his chores. Shootout begins and Shiva kills almost all members of Vishnu’s gang. Siddhu is seen escaping from the shootout only to see his brother Shiva get killed by Vishnu. Siddhu however manages to escape from there and take shelter in a hideout hotel. He then takes revenge for his brother and plans to kill Vishnu in the morning. The next day Siddhu reaches Vishnu’s house to assassinate him but to his surprise see’s Vishnu’s wife who happens to be their mother. Siddhu then spots Vishnu and shoots him, grieving in pain Siddhu’s mother tells him to run away before the gang kills and Siddhu runs away grieving which closes the chapter of Shiva.

Life of Rudra:

Rudra Ramachandran (Dulquer Salmaan) is an army trainee who is in deep love with Akshara(Neha Sharma). Rudra constantly interrupts Akshara’s marriage proposal by creating a scene. Not able oy bear with behaviour Akshara’s father Brig Sundararajan  decides to file a case against him and get him expelled from the army. Rudra’s father Brig Ramachandran and his mother requests him not to file a case. Rudra’s father is very friendly with him whereas his mother keeps scolding him for his atrocious behaviour. Akshara later tells Rudra that she got a admission for a degre in Australia and promises Rudra that she’ll always be his. Four years later and upholding the rank of an Army officer Rudra is seen to narrate the story to his senior officer Colonel Raunaq and team. Ever since Akshara left for Australia she hasn’t been in touch with Rudra and has not contacted him. Curious to know why, his team propells him to find out why. Since the marriage has been fixed for Akshara, the team with Rudra set to go on a road journey to find out as to why Akshara has been avoiding him. Rudra fights with the groom Alok who is a police officer to prove his worth for Akshara, in the end Rudra beats him up and Akshara is seen comforting her. She then tells him that his father was the one who told her not to respond to him anymore and cut all ties with him. Rudra impatient to find out as to why his own father would do such a thing finds out from his mother that when he was 2 years old his father had an affair with another woman. That woman was none other than Akshara’s mom which makes Akshara his half sister.  The film ends with Rudra apologizing to Alok for hitting him and asking for forgiveness.

Cast:

No doubt that Dulquer Salman was the ideal choice for this movie. His emotion, dialogue delivery and his screen charisma brought spark in each and every scene. Never failed to elucidate the meaning of each and emotion with his acting. Truly a sensational actor.

The other supporting cast were brilliant and even though with limited amount of screen time they surely pulled off a banger.

Direction:

Bejoy Nambiar yet again tells us why he is predestined to make movies. This is another classic from Bejoy that takes us on emotion filled journey with endless life lessons to be learnt. Bejoy Nambiar has given us a reason as to why this movie is a must watch.

Cinematography:

Girish Gangadharan, Madhu Neelakandan and Sejal Shah have done a fabulous job with gleaning out every emotion shown in the characters face.

Music:

The music in each and every tale in the movie was astounding and with a soulful rhythm touches the hearts of each and every audience.
