Dear Harry James Potter,

It’s hard not to know who you are even if you are a muggle because your name is something no one can ever miss.

As a kid, I remember watching you and being like, Oh My God, that kid is very brave and is lucky to attend a magical school, and now as an adult, I still think the same way except, now I can understand what you went through.

You were not at fault ever, and I wouldn’t call you unlucky, but you were brave, having lost your parents when you were barely able to walk to a dark wizard and being the only one to have survived that night is something no one can bear, but you stood your ground and didn’t become reckless.

The qualities I admire in you are how you are so selfless and brave. You always looked for the right things and stayed on the right path; never tried to go the other way or give in to the circumstances. You took actions to make sure everyone was okay, and they are as far as they can be from getting hurt and fought bravely against anything in the way which meant harm.

You were so strong as you stood your ground even when no one believed in you. You were confident enough that one day they will, and they did. You were so strong even when everything around you was falling apart, you lost people closer to you, but you never gave up. You were not the chosen one just like that; you were that because you deserved it because you were exactly the only one who could stand up against the evil.

You taught me how to be brave and to believe that being good isn’t easy but being good in the end is fruitful because you will win.

You deserved so much more love, so much more happiness, and I hope that after going through all that, you did find all of it.

Someone who’ll always be amazed by you,

J.
