Arjun’s Characterisation and Character Arc: The rebellious nature and anger
management issues of Arjun made the youth connect to the character instantly. The character shifts from being a short-tempered medico who is addicted to drugs due to love failure to a calm man who realises his mistakes after the sudden death of his grandmother and works to be a better version of himself.
Vijay Devarakonda: Vijay’s phenomenal acting made him a sensation star. The way he
redefined the word attitude made the youth go crazy about him. The way he portrayed the character made it very relatable.
Direction/Screenplay: Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s brilliant screenplay and impeccable direction made the viewers hooked to their seats even though the movie was 3h6m long. Sandeep’s excellent execution made it an instant game-changer. 
Arjun’s Grandmother Character: A character with a lot of experience and a mindset that matches the present generation thinking made her character stand out subtly. It’s her death that plays a key role in impacting Arjun’s character.
Relatable Character’s

Preethi’s Character: A fresher in college who falls in love with a senior and vouches
for her love at every point and is loyal towards it till the end.

Shiva’s Character: A perfect example for “A friend in need is a friend indeed” is
portrayed through this role and Rahul Ramakrishna did a tremendous job which made
this character even more lively.

Arjun’s Brother: An elder brother who always protects his younger brother no
matter what.

Arjun’s Father: A father who wants his son to be on the right track.
Cinematography: Every frame in the movie has been shot brilliantly. Raj Thota’s beautiful picturization raised the bar even higher. 

Music and Sound Design: All the songs were instant chartbusters, and the background score made people go crazy and grabbed a lot of attention. The sound design was top-notch. All these factors made the movie a cult classic.
