This is one of the reasons which makes the movie a must-watch. - Beautiful messages:
Each character in the film gives a strong message to the audience. There is a beautiful one-liner which hits people with reality. And that is, “Don’t complain. Do something about it”. All we do is complain and whine about something we don’t like. But very few put efforts into making things better. The audience also learn that it is important to respect themselves and others through the characters. Through the characters, Shekar Kammula gave the most important message that is to appreciate the little things around us. And not to forget that setting priorities is the main key. - Nostalgic ride:
There are scenes in the film which take us through the ’20s. Things like listening to old songs in radio, eating Mirchi Bajji, posters of Chiranjeevi and Madhuri Dixit remind us of our old days. Not just these, the background music while people converse or the way they converse with each other takes us back reminding us of our fond memories. - Deals with the present-day situation:
Most of them nowadays are looking forward to just escape from their motherlands. Accept it or not, this is the fact. One way or the other youngsters these days yearn to leave for abroad. Some might really be passionate but some are just sheep in a flock. Some really do things which they really want for themselves. But some seriously tend to ignore themselves while trying to satisfy society. This is what is depicted in the film and it represents the whole set of youngsters throughout the years. Even after 20 years of its release, this film is still relatable and relevant.
